Positions We Hire For

We accept interest from qualified candidates for the following roles:

Preschool/Pre K Teachers

Preschool Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Teachers help plan activities, supervise children, communicate with families, and support children’s learning and development.

Younger and Older Toddler Teachers

Infant and Toddler Teachers provide nurturing care, responsive interactions, and age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.

School-Age Teachers

School-Age Teachers support children before and after school through homework help, enrichment activities, recreation, and positive supervision.

Substitute Teachers

Substitute Teachers help maintain safe and consistent classroom operations when regular staff members are unavailable.

Administrative and Support Staff

Administrative and support staff assist with family communication, enrollment, records, front desk duties, classroom support, and daily center operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements may vary by position, but applicants should generally have:

Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass required background checks
Ability to meet Nevada childcare licensing requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional attitude and appearance
Willingness to complete required training
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it

Preferred Qualifications

We especially welcome applicants with:

Early childhood education coursework
Child Development Associate Credential, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or higher
Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Knowledge of child development and classroom management
Experience with curriculum, lesson planning, or family engagement
Bilingual skills
Leadership or mentoring experience
